Every piece is made to order in our Hatton Garden studio and finished for you. Made to order pieces are usually ready in two to three weeks. Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, fully insured and tracked. Return most pieces within 14 days for store credit, with refunds on ready to ship pieces within 14 days under UK consumer law.

You pay our direct price, without the high street markup. Every piece carries a 1 year manufacturing warranty, and engagement rings include one free resize in the first year.
