Shipping and Delivery

How and when your order reaches you.

UK Delivery

UK delivery is £4.99, fully insured and tracked, sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day arrival before 1pm. The courier will ask for a signature.

Timing depends on the piece. Ready to ship items leave us within 1 to 2 business days. Made to order pieces, which is most of what we do, take around 4 to 6 weeks in the workshop before dispatch. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Click and Collect

You can collect from our Hatton Garden workshop at 13 Hatton Place, London EC1N 8RU. Select click and collect at checkout and we will email you once your piece is ready so you can pick a time that suits. There is no charge for this.

International Delivery

International delivery is £49.99, fully insured and tracked, sent by FedEx or DHL Express. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days once your piece leaves the workshop. We ship at that rate to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.

We also ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq. For those four we quote the delivery cost at checkout once you enter your address, because it varies by destination.

The destination country charges its own import duties and taxes. The recipient pays those, not us.

European Union

We do not currently ship to countries in the European Union.

We would rather explain that than leave you guessing. Selling directly into the EU now means country by country packaging registration, a designated EU representative, and in France, French hallmarking on every precious metal piece. For a workshop our size, doing all of that properly would mean raising prices for everyone. We would rather not.

You are still welcome to order, and two options work well.

Have your order delivered to a UK address. A lot of our European customers send pieces to a friend, a family member, or a hotel while they are visiting.

Or collect in person from Hatton Garden. If you are in London, come and see the piece before you take it home.

Either way, choose United Kingdom as your delivery country at checkout. If you want a hand with that, email us and we will arrange it with you.

Dispatch and Tracking

When your piece is ready you will get an email with a tracking link and an expected delivery date. Everything goes out securely and discreetly packaged, with nothing on the outer box that gives away what is inside or what it is worth.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss the courier they will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If anything goes wrong, email info@lumajewellery.com and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
