Shipping and Delivery
Everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is £4.99 on all orders, fully insured and tracked. Made to order pieces take approximately 3 to 4 weeks for production before dispatch. Ready to ship items go out within 1 to 2 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, FEDEX or DHL Express, and a signature is required on receipt. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.
International Delivery
International delivery is a flat rate of £50 on all orders, fully insured and tracked. Delivery timeframes vary by location but typically fall between 5 and 10 business days. Local duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your piece is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking link and expected delivery date. All jewellery is securely and discreetly packaged, with no mention of value on the outer box.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. If there is an issue with your delivery, please get in touch at info@lumajewellery.com and we will sort it out.
Click and Collect
If you would rather pick up your order in person, you can select Click and Collect at checkout. Collection is from our Hatton Garden location in London. Once your piece is ready, we will email you to arrange a collection time. There is no additional charge for this option.
