Why a halo

A halo is a circle of small diamonds set around the centre stone. It does two things at once. It makes the centre look noticeably bigger, often close to a size up, and it adds a band of sparkle so the ring reads brighter from across a room. It is a good way to get presence without paying for a larger centre diamond.

How to build yours

Each Luma halo starts as a setting. You choose the centre shape, then the diamond, then the metal, and whether you want a classic halo that frames the stone or a hidden halo that shows only from the side. The diamonds

Every centre stone is a lab grown diamond, the same material as a mined one with the same hardness, clarity grades and sparkle, independently certified. The halo stones are matched to the centre for colour and clarity. You see the exact centre diamond and its certificate before anything is set.

Choose 9k or 18k gold in white, yellow or rose, or platinum. Our halo rings are made to order from £790, and because we sell direct you pay for the ring and the diamonds, not a shopfront on top.

A hidden halo is a ring of small diamonds set underneath the centre stone, facing outward, so it shows only from the side. It adds sparkle and a detail for the wearer without changing how the ring looks from above.

Yes. A lab grown diamond is the same material as a mined one, with the same hardness, clarity and sparkle. The difference is where it was made. Ours are independently certified.
