    Description

    A £25 design fee to begin your bespoke piece. It is fully deductible from the final price and covers two CAD revisions. It becomes non refundable once we have shared your first CAD.

    This is for clients who have already enquired through the Luma Design Studio and been invited to begin. If you have not enquired yet, please design your piece in the studio first.

    Shipping and returns
    Every piece is made to order in our Hatton Garden studio and finished for you. Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, fully insured and tracked. Return most pieces within 14 days for store credit, with refunds on ready to ship pieces within 14 days under UK consumer law.
    Our promise
    You pay our direct price, without the high street markup. Every piece carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty, and engagement rings include one free resize in the first year.
    Size and fit
    Each piece is made to order in your size. If you are between sizes or not sure of your size, contact us and we will make it to suit you.
