Every Luma piece is made to order in our Hatton Garden studio and finished for you, not pulled from a shelf. You pay our direct price, without the high street markup. You can return most pieces within 14 days for store credit, and we refund ready to ship pieces within 14 days under UK consumer law. Every piece carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty, and engagement rings include one free resize in the first year.
A £25 design fee to begin your bespoke piece. It is fully deductible from the final price and covers two CAD revisions. It becomes non refundable once we have shared your first CAD.
This is for clients who have already enquired through the Luma Design Studio and been invited to begin. If you have not enquired yet, please design your piece in the studio first.
