<p><strong>Returns and Refunds</strong></p>
<p>Most Luma pieces are made to order, which means they are personalised to your specifications and not subject to the 14 day distance selling cancellation right. As a goodwill gesture, we accept returns on these pieces within 14 days of receipt and issue store credit so you can choose something else. Ready to ship pieces returned within 14 days are refunded to your original payment method per UK consumer law. Bespoke, engraved and pierced pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.</p>

<p><strong>Eligibility</strong></p>
<p>To qualify for a return:</p>
<ul>
<li>The jewellery must be unworn (excluding where a fault is discovered after wearing).</li>
<li>All original packaging, certificates (IGI, GIA) and documentation must be returned with the item.</li>
<li>The item must not have been altered or repaired by a third party.</li>
<li>Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.</li>

<p><strong>How to return</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Contact us at info@lumajewellery.com to start the return.</li>
<li>Return your item in person at our Hatton Garden studio by appointment, or by post via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked and insured courier.</li>
<li>Include all original materials (box, certificates, invoice). Pack securely. Do not label the parcel with words like "jewellery" or "diamonds".</li>

<p><strong>Postage deposit</strong></p>
<p>A refundable postage deposit applies: £40 UK, £150 international. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the deposit is refunded in full and the repair carried out at no charge.</p>

<p><strong>Refunds</strong></p>
<p>Made to order pieces are refunded as store credit. Ready to ship pieces returned within 14 days under UK consumer law are refunded to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days.</p>

<p><strong>Ring sizing</strong></p>
<p>Engagement rings include one free resize within 12 months of purchase. Other ring styles can be resized from £75 depending on the design. Full eternity rings cannot be resized, confirmed before order.</p>
